What we deploy
Four modules. One managed platform.
Every AI module is deployed, integrated with your systems, monitored, and optimised monthly. This is not "we'll help you use ChatGPT." This is production AI under contractual SLA.
Module 01
Customer-facing AI
The AI your customers actually talk to. Chatbots, help centres, self-service resolution.
Customer chatbot with knowledge baseAll plans
Knowledge base configuration and deploymentAll plans
Each of these is drawn from a real engagement in the last 12 months. Sector generalised, mechanics not.
Launch
The support team drowning in the same 5 questions.
The problem
Customer support team handling 600+ tickets/month. 70% were the same 5 questions. Team burned out. Response times slipping past 24 hours. Founder answering DMs at midnight.
What we did
Launch plan with customer chatbot module. Knowledge base built from existing tickets and product docs. Human escalation flow for edge cases. Two-week deployment.
▲ 65% of inquiries auto-resolved. Human team refocused on complex cases.
Growth
The B2B firm losing leads to slow follow-up.
The problem
Sales team of 4 handling 300+ inbound leads/month. Average follow-up time was 26 hours. Warm leads going cold. Conversion sat at 8%. Everyone knew speed mattered but nobody had time.
What we did
Growth plan with CRM AI + 3 automated workflows: lead scoring on intake, instant enrichment from public sources, auto-routed to the right rep with context, personalised first-touch draft.
▲ Lead response time 24 hours to 4 minutes. Conversion up 30%.
Scale
The mid-market business wanting AI as strategic capability.
The problem
Leadership saw AI. Every department was running its own random pilot. No coherent strategy. Governance nowhere. Costs unclear. Real ROI unknown.
What we did
Scale plan with dedicated AI operations lead. Consolidated the pilots into 10 governed workflows: customer service, sales ops, content, finance ops, HR. Monthly strategy sessions with the exec team.
Oyo State needed AI without vendor lock-in. NEURON was built for it.
Every AI vendor wanted to own our data. NEURON put the models on infrastructure we control. Vulnerability assessment, EMIS migration, dashboards, and workflow AI, delivered under one architecture. This is what public-sector AI should look like.

No. What you get is: (1) a use case scoped to a real business problem, (2) a model chosen to fit that problem (Claude, GPT, Gemini, or open-source depending on what's right), (3) integration with your actual systems (CRM, helpdesk, website, WhatsApp), (4) prompt engineering tuned to your voice and edge cases, (5) monitoring for hallucination and quality drift, and (6) monthly optimisation. If you wanted just ChatGPT you could subscribe yourself for $20.
Model-agnostic by default. We choose the model that fits the use case: Claude for long-context reasoning and safety-critical tasks, GPT-4 for broad knowledge and speed, Gemini for multi-modal, open-source models (Llama, Mistral) for on-premise or cost-sensitive workloads. You can specify a preferred model. For Enterprise plans, we can deploy models on your own infrastructure.
Three layers of defence: (1) the AI is grounded in your knowledge base, not free-roaming, so it can only answer from vetted content; (2) confidence thresholds trigger human escalation on uncertain answers; (3) monthly review of a sampled set of conversations, plus real-time monitoring for common failure patterns. When it does miss, the review process feeds fixes back into the knowledge base and prompts.
Yes. If you have an existing Anthropic, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI account, we deploy against your keys. Your usage bills come to you directly. Our fee covers the operations and management on top. This is common with clients who have compliance requirements around where model calls originate.
Depends on severity. For chatbots: the response is logged, human escalation triggers if confidence was flagged, and the case feeds into the monthly review. For workflows: any workflow with financial or customer-facing impact runs through a human-in-the-loop gate before execution. Enterprise plans include documented incident response for AI failures with root-cause analysis and public-facing communication support if needed.
A workflow is an end-to-end automation that involves at least one AI decision point plus integration with two or more systems. Examples: lead intake, enrichment, scoring, and CRM routing. Or: support ticket triage, categorisation, drafting a reply, and human review. A one-step automation (e.g. "AI summarises this document") is a feature within a workflow, not a workflow itself. On a 3-workflow plan you're building 3 of these end-to-end systems.
Yes. Monthly billing, no long-term contract. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started because they cover real engineering effort upfront. On offboarding we hand over the workflow configurations, prompts, and integration credentials for a clean transition.
